For every project we create a custom DXF cutting file to accurately cut patterns for rolling or press forming the full cones or cone sections. Then our skilled personnel form the blank in our plate roll equipment to produce superior quality steel cones. Materials we roll, form and weld include carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloy, high strength, and abrasion-resistant grades.

Arntzen Corporation rolls and welds rings and ring segments from most formable grades of bar and plate. Sections include flat bar, round bar, and square bar. Flat bar rings can be rolled hard way or the easy way. Joints can be welded or left open butt joint. Welded rings can be thermal stress relieved. Arntzen can roll from 10" to 180" diameter, 3/16" thick to 3" thick and various widths.
